Day 1

We’ll start by focusing Wednesday on differentiation and helping you step away from the sea of sameness.
 
Candidly — one of the ways to attract a steady stream of right-fit clients into your sales pipeline is to own the ground you’re standing on — and you do that when you stop sounding like everyone else.
 
Then — your right-fit clients can see, hear, and feel how you’re different…and why you and your team give a rip about the success of their business.
 
So, let’s raise the bar in how we differentiate ourselves.
 
To help us do just that — we invited Mark Levy, founder of Levy Innovation, to join us as our guest expert to share his insights and wisdom around three key topics:
  • How to Pick the Right Story
  • How to Substantiate Your Story
  • How to Connect with Your Right-fit Prospects
If you’re meeting Mark for the first time — he has successfully done this over 25,000 times for clients such as Simon Sinek, renowned for his book “Start With Why,” as well as heads of divisions within two different White House administrations, the Strategy unit of the Harvard Business School, the CEO of Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, David Meerman Scott, who authored “The New Rules of Marketing and PR,” and individuals who have spoken at the United Nations and are associated with Major League Baseball.
 

Day 2

We’ll apply the differentiation strategies we learned from Mark to help you close more sales without closing.
 
More specifically, we will work through how to:
  • Architect meetings (in-person or on Zoom) with prospective clients so it never feels like a sales call
  • Craft the four sections of a proposal/agreement that will make you an easy “YES!”
  • Close the sale without your prospective client feeling like you’re trying to “close” them
