We talked about how he and his team did it, the monetization strategy, and how the podcast has become a valuable arrow in their “media company” quiver. Susan Baier then took the virtual stage to illustrate how research can be used to build your thought leadership and we wrapped up with some specific steps and processes on how to slice and dice content like a pro!
